Plantar Fascia + Achilles Tendon → Now I definitely know that you guys are not working on this area, bc hardly anyone knows how! This one is simple - yet deceivingly hard. All you have to do is sit down on the floor, shin bones on ground. Tuck your toes under and sit on your heels. There is a subtle stretch/pull on your PF + achilles in this position. Try sitting like this for a couple min each day as you warm up or cool down.
